What Counselling With Me Looks Like
Counselling is a collaborative process. Our sessions are a space for you to bring whatever feels heavy, confusing, or stuck. I’ll walk alongside you sometimes gently holding space, other times naming what’s hard to say out loud. My goal is to help you feel less alone with what you’re carrying, and more connected to your own strength and clarity.
Together, we’ll:
Explore your emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space
Make sense of repeating patterns that no longer serve you
Build tools for resilience and growth
Move towards a deeper sense of self and more fulfilling connections
Session Options
Individual Counselling
This is your space to pause, breathe, and just be yourself. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore where those feelings are coming from, and find new ways of coping and growing. My aim is to support you in building confidence, resilience, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

Couple Counselling
Every relationship has its ups and downs. Couple counselling gives you and your partner a safe space to slow down, really hear each other, and work through the patterns that keep getting in the way. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening your bond and finding new ways of connecting that feel supportive and lasting.

Think of them as a mix of fun, connection, and gentle self-discovery, where you get to share, listen, and feel supported.
